Abstract Submission Guidelines

Note:

  • Oral Paper Presentations will be conducted in-person only
  • Poster Presenters may join via onsite or hybrid options, depending on approval
  • All presenters should be duly registered with ICWES20 to allow access to conference

Conference Proceedings and Journal Publication

After acceptance of abstract, principal author shall be notified to submit the full paper on or before May 31, 2026 for inclusion in the official ICWES20 Conference e-proceedings.

The selection of outstanding full papers will undergo peer review and may be published in the Philippines Journal of Science, the country’s premier scientific publication.

For poster presentation, the ICWES20 conference adopts standard dimension of 48 inches wide by 36” tall. There will be NO landscape layout.
