Registration

• Cancellations: All registration cancellations (partial or full) must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
• Registration Transfers: As an alternative to cancellation, you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat by July 8, 2026.

Extenuating Circumstances: The host reserves the right to make a final decision on cancellations under extenuating circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We highly recommend securing personal travel insurance upon registration.

The conference organizers reserve the right to modify any arrangements, timetables, plans, or other items related to the conference without prior notice, in circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

The host and Conference Organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or financial impact caused by such alterations or unforeseen delays. Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive personal travel insurance to cover potential cancellations of bookings, theft, or damage to personal belongings. The conference does not provide insurance coverage for individual losses.
